Survey Costs

As a general guide, the costs for the main survey types are as follow:

Full condition - £19 per foot

Insurance - £17 per foot

Structural - £15 per foot

LOB - £13 per foot

(Please note - VAT is not charged, as we are not VAT registered)

However, other factors need to be taken into such as volume of the yacht (a motor yacht will have a greater volume than a sailing yacht of the same length), complexity of the systems, age of the yacht, size and type of the machinery, distance to travel etc. So there is no 'one price fits all' and each yacht will be quoted on its own individual specification.

Classic yachts are slightly different in that more time is required to inspect the main structure than when compared to a GRP yacht. Therefore, please contact us for a quote.

Finally, for other survey types such as pre-delivery inspections and valuation surveys, these will depend on other factors as well, so please contact us for a quote.
